Project Scope Includes:

  • Complete Removal of 1×3 Stop Hydro Lift
  • Provide and Install Certified Lift Beam
  • Extend the existing mains from the LMR to the Controller
  • Removed doors, retained door frames
  • Installed lockable Hoardings for the duration of the project
  • Motor room and counterweight removal
  • Remove/Recycle Pump Oil
  • Removal/Recycling of rubbish and debris as required
