Project Scope Includes:

  • Provide & install large Hoardings
  • Removal of 1×2 Stop Underslung lift
  • Install new mains/telephone lines
  • As well as removal of doors, door frames, sills and counter weight.
  • Lift motor room removal – unique access down 20 stairs
  • Install lifting beam
  • Concrete cutting 2 door frames, button boxes and service box
  • Make good door frames – Brick in, render, paint and skirting board
  • Brick in motor room penetration
  • Removal/Recycling of rubbish and debris as required
