Project Scope Includes:
- Provide & install Hoardings
- Removal of 1×3 Stop through car Underslung lift
- As well as removal of doors, door frames, sills, motor room and counter weight
- Install new mains/telephone lines
- Install lifting beam
- Concrete cutting 4 door frames, button boxes and service box
- Make good door frames – Brick in, render and paint( 7m Scafold to paint)
- Brick in motor room penetration
- Removal/Recycling of rubbish and debris as required
